What is the difference between a SARL and a SUARL?
A SARL has at least two partners. A SUARL has only one.
How long does it take to form my company?
It usually takes 10 to 15 days once the file is complete.
Can I form my company from abroad?
Yes. Non-residents can form a company, and we prepare the file with you remotely.
What does domiciliation include?
An official address for the registered office of your company or auto-entrepreneur activity, with the domiciliation contract. An office by the day is also available (50 TND / day).
Is domiciliation mandatory?
Every company must declare a registered office to be registered. Domiciliation gives you one without renting premises.
How much capital does a SARL or SUARL need?
The capital is freely set in the articles of association.
Which documents should I prepare?
An ID or passport for each partner, the preferred name, the activity, the capital and the registered address.
